I am Logan Whitney, a current Masters of Real Estate student at Texas A&M University and a Mays Business School at Texas A&M University alumni.My past work experience with IMG Financial Group and Whitney and Associates, as well as my current experience with Clark Isenhour Real Estate, has had a large focus on quantitative reasoning and research, which developed through real-world practice and I have enjoyed using. This analytical experience has been a great complement to my undergraduate education in Business Management through Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, which strengthens my problem-solving, leadership, and research skills.Outside the corporate world, I have been interested in the real estate industry since my dad started his commercial real estate appraisal firm, Whitney and Associates, about 20 years ago. Watching him grow his business from the ground up gave me insight into what an occupation in real estate looked like, including the characteristic highs and lows that are part of every real estate career. It was at my current position as a Real Estate Intern with Clark Isenhour Real Estate that I found my passion for brokerage. I am soaking up all the know-how that I can about the process of winning customers over to clients, researching property to understand its value, and finally finding the right buyer. I look forward to gaining the explicit knowledge through the Masters of Real Estate program that backs the tacit knowledge I am gaining in the office.
