CurrentCollaborate with lifeguards and evaluate pools daily;Supervise pool chemistry every hour and safety of each patron;Develop schedule for lifeguards, gate attendants, assistant managers, and head guards;Direct bi-weekly management meetings with staff;Mediate between 25 lifeguards and 5 supervisors;Certified in CPR/AED & First Aid training, Primary Rescuer training, and Lifeguard training;Maintain a safe, clean, and fun pool environment for all patrons;Coordinate the different elements at the facility from both an employee and mechanical perspective;Educate lifeguards about their assigned facility and duties;Execute diligent oversight to ensure all proper safety and function of staff and machinery/equipment;Utilize my leadership position to provide an outstanding experience for all customers and employees at my designated pool.
