I just received my Master's of Science in Mechanical Engineering at South Dakota State University in the Spring of 2024. I previously achieved a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology with a Minor in Chemistry, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors and holding a 3.83 undergraduate GPA and a Graduate GPA of 3.8. My academic history reflects my enjoyment of learning and my ability to face challenges head on. I participated in the NSF I-Corps customer discovery program and completed Startup Sioux Falls Business Training in 2022, demonstrating my soft skills for entrepreneurship and leadership. Additionally, I have gained valuable research experience as both an Undergraduate and Graduate Research Assistant in the Agricultural Engineering department at SDSU.Beyond my academic and professional achievements, my involvement in extracurricular activities shows my aptitude for leadership and service. I have held leadership positions within the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and the Biomedical Engineering Club at SDSU. These experiences have honed my leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Furthermore, I am knowledgeable in various software tools, including Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, Snap Gene, ANSYS, and MATLAB. I have also completed a certification in diversity and cultural competency at South Dakota State University, reflecting my commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.
