Logan is an integral team member of VHB’s landscape architecture practice. He plays a specialized role in working with VHB’s Federal Lands Team, primarily on supporting the National Park Service on numerous tasks through IDIQ general engineering contracts. His experience includes developing large scale park and recreation master plans, waterfront recreation plans, canoe/kayak launches, pier and dock design & construction, urban public spaces, trail design and construction, and historic revitalization projects.

The landscape designer roll covers all aspects of landscape architectural design. Work includes site analysis, schematic and final design development, performing grading studies, stormwater management studies and design, construction documentation, and presentation graphics. I have participated in numerous design projects and community design charrettes to develop comprehensive master plans across the eastern United States. Including developing large scale park master plans, waterfront master plans, urban public spaces, trail master plans, and community-wide greenway, open space and parks and recreation comprehensive plans. I also play a specialized role in advancing projects from design development through construction documentation, specification writing, and cost estimation.In addition to the Landscape Designer role, I have been involved in several other jobs and tasks throughout SGA. I created the current company wide AutoCAD standards, manage company wide printers and large format plotters, manage company wide IT issues and am the IT liaison for multiple company IT firms, assist in website design and manage content posts and updates, manage the Norfolk office materials library, and manage the company wide AutoCAD & Adobe licensing software and subscriptions.
