IT Recruitment & HCM: • Understanding the requirement; developing relationships and liaising with Hiring Managers.• Sourcing and pre-screening the profiles as per the requirement; scheduling & coordinating interviews, handling rejection and offer process. • Experienced in recruiting H1B consultant, OPT, H4 EAD, US Citizens and Green Card holders• Well versed with all tax terms W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp.• Verify all immigration documents of the sourced candidate even before the initial interview.• Source using a range of recruitment sources like Job boards, Networking, Internal ATS (Hubble), Job postings, sub-contracting and referrals, expertise in using passive sources like professional and social networks.• Screening applicants, mapping resumes with the requirements using internal ATS. • Liaison between the Technical team and candidate for scheduling interviews.• Negotiate with Candidates and Vendors to finalize on best rates.• Well versed with H1B application, transfers, and Green Card process.• Format resumes before submitting them to sales team for presenting to client. • Follow up on all submitted profiles and keep the candidates active and informed during the entire process until offer.
