I am a fourth year student in the College of Business at FSU, with a strong passion for pursuing a career in professional sales. My academic journey has been focused on honing the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the world of sales, and I am excited to leverage my unique background to make a meaningful impact in this field.My previous role as a lifeguard has provided me with invaluable experiences and skills that I believe will translate into a successful sales career. During my time as a lifeguard, I had the privilege of leading a dedicated team responsible for ocean rescues and responding to medical emergencies. This experience required me to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively in high-stress situations, and provide exceptional customer service to those in need. I am proud to hold certifications in CPR and basic Life Saving, which were instrumental in our day-to-day responsibilities.Additionally, I was entrusted with the responsibility of managing and coordinating a team of 40 lifeguards, ensuring their training and performance met the highest standards of safety. This leadership role taught me the importance of teamwork, organization, and motivating a group of individuals towards a common goal.The combination of my academic pursuits and my real-world experience as a lifeguard has equipped me with a unique skill set that includes leadership, effective communication, exceptional customer service, and a strong work ethic.
