I am a self starting, highly motivated individual who loves contributing to all aspects and departments of a business to help build "The Big Picture". Early on in my sales career, my curiosity drove me to study and learn everything I could about the products I was selling and the customer base I was selling them to. This knowledge based sales approach allowed me to offer my customer base something more than just a product and it translated into millions of dollars of sales in my first role with Fairwinds Cannabis. My passion for Sales evolved into a passion of teaching others to sell and I took on my first sales director role in my mid 20's. As a young manager now working cross functionally with all departments, my big "A HA" moment came when I realized the success of any department relied on the support and alignment of all departments in a business. In the last 7 years of my career I have had the pleasure of helping build the systems and brand identity behind two large companies in WA Cannabis (Fairwinds Cannabis and Dewey Cannabis) and working with some awesome teams. In the next chapter of my career, I am looking to continue my pursuit of knowledge by learning a new industry, while contributing to a high functioning team with my diverse skillset.
