-Plan, develop, and oversee construction, maintenance, and repair of military infrastructure, facilities, and utilities to support operational objectives.-Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration to accomplish engineering goals under tight deadlines and diverse conditions.-Mission Readiness: Ensure all engineering operations and facilities comply with Air Force standards, contributing to mission-critical readiness and operational sustainability.-Monitor and manage environmental programs, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and military regulations to minimize impact and promote sustainability.-Oversee allocation of resources, including budget, manpower, and materials, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.-Coordinate engineering support for emergency response and recovery efforts, maintaining operational continuity during natural or man-made disasters.

-Support Air Force facility construction and maintenance programs-Complete GPS survey for maintaining base as-builts-Complete conceptual CAD plans for facility planning purposes-Provide direct supervision to all airmen in flight to ensure compliance with Air Force and career specific standards

-Ensure full compliance of Air Force policy and procedures regarding aviation maintenance within the aircraft fuel systems repair section-Perform proficiency evaluations of aircraft fuel systems technicians and document conditions of the work environment-Identify and correct deficiencies within the aircraft fuel systems section as the subject matter expert-Provide official reports to the maintenance group commander on the quality of aircraft maintenance performed

-Document all inspection and maintenance actions in aircraft forms and usingcomputer/automation systems such as Integrated Maintenance Data System-Maintain orderly and safe work environment by enforcing tool control, FOD awareness &prevention at all times-Maintain, repair and rebuild aircraft components related to the A-10 aircraft fuel system-Inspect air-frames to detect wear and other defects-Independently supervise, manage, and train small teams of airmen maintainers to returnaircraft and parts back into service-Responsible in helping to maintain 24 A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft valued at over 20million each-Conducted extensive and exhaustive searches for required information for aircraft parts,hazardous consumables, and general supply items using the Air Force supply network.

-Administer document control procedures for all construction related documents-Oversee multiple complex projects while collaborating with design and field team-Oversee the timely completion of all accounting-related duties, such as invoicing,collections, AP invoice approvals, contract issuance and job-cost reporting-Create, develop and maintain a detailed construction schedule that incorporatescommunication from the project team-Prepare well documented and comprehensive proposals for customers-Analyze and evaluate subcontractor/vendor proposals for accuracy and completeness-Provide consistent and effective communication to stakeholders throughout all phases ofthe project-Construction planning, estimating, budgeting and forecasting

-Compile Procore submittal logs for each project and acquire architect/engineer/ownerapproval for each submittal-Maintain Procore RFI log and coordinate action to official responses-Prepare material take-offs, pricing lists and labor costs.-Complete project closeout to obtain warranty paperwork and O & Ms from subs-Assist Project Manager with writing subcontracts, purchase orders-Assist in monitoring and maintaining the project schedule including interaction withsubcontractors, material suppliers and other vendors-Assist Project Manager in competitively procuring materials, equipment andsubcontracts.Experience working in ground up outpatient/inpatient healthcare facilities, industrial sites, car washes, and other commercial facilities.
