I was born & raised in beautiful San Diego, California, where my passion for cooking took hold from a young age. Whether visiting family in Texas and gorging on delicious barbecue or working alongside my mother in the kitchen making his Italian Great-grandmother’s tomato sauce recipe that has been handed down for generations, I have a passion for the many great cuisines found throughout the Southwestern United States. And pasta, lots and lots of pasta!I spent years working at Farm-To-Table restaurants under acclaimed Chef Ryan Johnston, where the focus was on using gourmet cooking techniques to transform the freshest seasonal ingredients into delicious and nutritious meals. He is a firm believer that genuine hospitality is always the most important part of any meal, and that clients should feel the Chef’s love of their craft through the food that they make.
