Marketing Production Coordinator
Current• Collaborate with a Creative Director & Producer in the development of on-air promos, sizzle presentations, and digital content for Fox Sports’ creative marketing campaigns, promoting events such as the FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl, World Series, Belmont Stakes, and the Daytona 500• Facilitate daily post-production workflow between internal creative team of editors, audio mixers, and graphics designers collaborating together on in-house AV projects• Develop project calendars and timelines highlighting key deliverable milestones, while verifying that proper resources are booked to meet weekly goals and deliver projects on-time and within budget• Communicate with outside agencies and vendors to track progress on out-of-house projects, share project files, and provide information and client feedback• Oversee the finishing & QC process of our promotional spots, certifying that all deliverables have been completed and created according to the specs defined for our project• Source high-quality footage, images, and assets needed to produce promotional spots, as well as contributing towards script writing, music searches, and all facets of creative development• Onboard new vendors for entire department through Coupa and submit invoices for assigned projects• Stay informed on the latest trends across the sports and entertainment landscape, monitoring social trends and other marketing efforts in the industry
