My life pillars are God, providing for my family, and helping the poor and the needy. I have chosen Finance as my vehicle to accomplish those goals. Ever since I was a child I was fascinated with the equity market and loved researching different companies, sectors, and investment opportunities. It was how I learned about the world. I practiced investing my own money, learning through profits and losses to detach myself from emotional trading and to stick to my strategy. Throughout the years I have disciplined myself to excel in school and become a valedictorian. However, what is most important is the knowledge I have retained. I sequentially gained my footing in the world of finance through university classes, a Private Equity and AI internship, and my participation in the BYU Finance Society. My commitment remains the same today. I continue my efforts by advancing my coding, analytical, and financial capabilities. I am currently enhancing my SQL, VBA, HTML, and Python proficiency to prepare myself for asset management responsibilities as a 2025 Summer Analyst. I anticipate graduating between December 2026 and April 2027, depending on my academic plans and potential opportunities for extended preparation or internships. This flexibility allows me to adapt to various professional timelines and commitments.My hope is that one day I will use my career in Asset Management to help individuals and families become financially stable, avoid stress, and improve the quality of their lives. If I can strengthen a marriage or prevent a divorce because of critical financial aid then my career will have real meaning. My whole life I've felt a deep compassion for the homeless, for refugees, for those whose lives are plagued by war or sickness or calamity. I want to give my life helping these people, and succeeding in my career is an essential stepping stone to be able to make such an impact on the world.
