-Designated driver for lead, follow and K9 vehicles in Ambassador Protective Detail (APD) motorcades.- Responsible for providing defensive screening and blocking of Limousine, while simultaneously providing rear security of motorcade.- Conducted numerous high threat movements throughout Iraq including long range movements.- Responsible for accurately and safely navigating motorcade to and from venues, providing initial identification of threats and screening, and providing front security to motorcade.- Designated driver of Limo Emergency Recovery Vehicle in Emergency Response Unit.- Additional duties include maintaining protective formation position during principal walking movements, participating in advance security preparations, and assisting in planning and execution of high-threat principal movements.

- Detailed as Protective Security Specialist to provide security for assessment teams across entire island of Puerto Rico following hurricanes Irma and Maria.- Conducted route reconnaissance to target sites prior to motorcade movement to develop viable routes.-Successfully completed 50 damage and security assessments on retail locations of client.- Conducted 2 search and rescue missions of high priority personnel that resulted in delivering aid and medical treatment to civilians.- Performed day-to-day protective security functions as specified in daily detail orders.- Drove the lead vehicle, principal vehicle, and follow vehicle when required through dangerous traffic congestion and damaged roadways without single incident.

- Coordinated, and led seven-member squad on 80 security patrols across 4 districts in Kandahar, Afghanistan.- Developed, trained, and led Personal Security Detail for Unit Commander on 15 Key Leader engagements with local community leaders and Afghan National Security Force Commanders.- Conducted 4 clearances of suspected insurgent strongholds leading to successful capture of forensic evidence and IED materials.- Instrumental in leading Unit Quick Reaction Force (QRF) on over 30 successful missions responding to friendly units in distress, including successful recovery of a downed RQ-7 Shadow Unmanned Aerial Vehicle containing classified and mission critical materials.- Implemented improved marksmanship training for unit Squad Designated Marksmen (SDMs). Instructed soldiers on Long Range Marksmanship fundamentals, tactics, and techniques. Increased overall combat effectiveness and enabled SDMs to serve as combat multipliers for their respective platoons.- During complex attack on Forward Operating Base Pasab, led a four-man team to counter attack and defeat 6 heavily armed enemy combatants that had breached base perimeter. Resulted in award of Bronze Star Medal with Valor device.

- Devised and implemented comprehensive training plan on Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) tactics, techniques, and equipment for mounted and dismounted operations.- Administered training to 200 soldiers and leaders on C-IED tactics and methodology.- Gave in-depth training course on C-IED contingencies within operational planning to Battalion leadership to include 4 Company Commanders, 4 Company First Sergeants, and Battalion Command team.- Enabled successful transition of area of operation in Kandahar, Afghanistan to replacing unit by instructing newly deployed soldiers and leaders on C-IED operations and enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures.- Training that was given to soldiers led to zero casualties sustained due to IEDs within IED saturated area of operations in Regional Command South, Afghanistan.- Served as Observer Controller & Instructor for Texas National Guard during their annual training at Fort Hood, TX. Trained and advised unit soldiers and leaders on C-IED operations.

- Responsible for training and developing 3-member section of soldiers in marksmanship, physical fitness, and infantry combat and security tactics and techniques.- Constructed effective training to integrate Light Infantry tactics with Mechanized Combat Operations.- Received numerous commendations from Battalion Command team for exceptional small-unit leadership performance during unit Gunnery Live Fire Exercise.

- Responsible for security, maintenance, and repair of all unit weapon systems to include M4/M4A1 Carbine, M249 SAW, M240B Machine Gun, M2 .50 Cal Machine Gun, M203/M203A1 40mm Grenade Launcher, M320 40mm Grenade, Mk19 40mm Grenade Launcher, M9 9mm Pistol, Mk14 EBR, and M107 .50cal Sniper Rifle.- Maintained accountability of Unit Arms Room house $5 million worth of unit individual weapons, crew served weapons, optics, night/infrared devices and associated equipment and tools with zero losses or deficiencies.- Received perfect rating during official inspection resulting in award of Army Achievement Medal.

- Served as Squad Designated Marksman during multiple reconnaissance operations occupying observation posts in mountainous terrain observing enemy troop movements in Paktika Province, Afghanistan.- Operated as sole Automatic Rifleman in QRF Platoon during 20 Air-Assault missions in search of Private Bowe Bergdahl following his disappearance in 2009.- Conducted over 100 mounted combat patrols as a driver providing gunner advantageous fields of fire to engage hostile forces.
