The New York Times once described the NYC Board of Elections as a “semi-functioning anachronism.” My job is to make it a little more functional.I lead voting and election programs for Queens, serving 26% of NYC's population. My role is to provide strategic oversight and guidance across departments and project teams to make sure everything is ready for voters when they arrive at the polls. This includes managing interconnected projects to develop and enhance public programs, building partnerships that extend their reach, and driving process improvements in a highly regulated environment.My focus is on creating a space where people can do their best work, using data to inform our decisions, and making sure our programs are accessible and effective for the community.
