I specialize in helping enterprise-scale organizations overcome with their unique challenges: flows of data that span multiple systems with no single source of truth, managed by multiple teams with conflicting needs. Web analytics data can't be analyzed in isolation, because a company's website doesn't operate in isolation. Whether it's used as a marketing tool, or a lead generation channel, or a platform for advocacy and advancing social change, a website only part of an organizations activities and only part of how a visitor or customer interacts with them. I strive to break reporting out of the box of off-the-shelf web metrics, and look further afield to segmentation, heuristics, and integrations with other data systems to gain meaningful insight into a company's online presence.My interests include mathematical modeling, and data privacy.
