When I got sick as a kid, medicine was an inconvenience endured to get well soon: sickly sweet syrup, thinly coated tablets, and looming needles. The options weren’t great! But at one point, there were 𝐧𝐨 options - they hadn’t been discovered. Where disease traveled, devastation followed. And even now, easy access to novel treatments remains a privilege, often unavailable in many disadvantaged parts of the world. To them and millions of others, medicine represents a new lease on life, hope for a better future, or maybe just more time. My drive is to bridge the gap between discovery and accessibility in global health. As a Project Manager, I help companies execute complex clinical studies efficiently, within budget, and in full compliance. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:• Spearheaded 20+ Phase I clinical trials, coordinating efforts across multiple regions and countries. Achieved site activation in an average of 8 weeks and exceeded patient enrollment targets by 15% • Built strong working relationships with CROs, vendors, investigators, and study teams, receiving a 95% satisfaction rate among stakeholders – repeat business from clients generated $10M+ in additional revenue • Developed critical study plans, including clinical protocols and quality assurance measures, resulting in a streamlined data review process and a 20% reduction in data discrepanciesOutside of work, I enjoy teaching high schoolers how to win arguments against their parents (debate coach) and re-watching episodes of ‘Psych.’I get excited about opportunities that allow me to contribute to groundbreaking research.
