Becoming a yoga teacher stems from my desire to share how yoga has transformed my life physically, mentally, and spiritually. It all started in college when I met a teacher passionate about yoga and challenging the body. Ever since then, yoga has become a language to help me explore my own body and soul. I initially taught with a studio for two years and now teach independently.
