As a Business Analyst at Rocket Companies, I leverage my skills in UX/UI design, data analysis, and project management to deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience and optimize the business processes. I work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand the requirements, design the prototypes, conduct the testing, and implement the changes. I also monitor and report on the key performance indicators and user feedback, and provide recommendations for improvement.I graduated from Miami University in May 2023, with a Bachelor's degree in Emerging Technology in Business and Design, and a minor in Computer Science. My education exposed me to a variety of opportunities and challenges in the fields of design, marketing, and technology, and taught me how to apply creative and critical thinking, collaboration, and communication to solve real-world problems. For my senior capstone, I worked with a professional client to rebrand their website and social media presence, using AGILE frameworks and values, and creating an 80-page design book of our work and recommendations. I also completed a video game design internship at BestLogic Staffing, where I collaborated with interns and company professionals to design and develop unique products based on best industry practices. I am passionate about creating engaging and innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the clients, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
