I'm managing Easton Park, a master planned community 7 miles from downtown Austin. The community is currently 2,400 acres, but has the potential to grow to 2,900. There will be several thousand single family lots, multi family, and over a million feet of commercial.

My title is a good descriptor of my responsibility. I am sourcing new land deals, raw land to finished lots, working through financial feasibility, entitlements, and due diligence, negotiating contracts, selecting third party consultants, and the list goes on.

Our team developed the term sheet and framework for the 1876 Fund, an investment fund for the Aggie Angel Network. Extensive research in fund management and best practices led us to create a micro-VC fund that will encourage member involvement as well as provide a passive investment vehicle for others to get a taste of early stage investing.
