Logan’s expertise in identifying investment locations in emerging neighborhoods has led him to the ownership of over 70 properties in Brewerytown. As a partner of multiple successful development companies, he is well placed to create successful acquisitions, and his skill at contract negotiation is a critical component in their success. He has honed this skill while shaping hundreds of closing documents that included an overview with License and Inspections, a Zoning Board of Adjustments Review, and a strong background in term lease negotiations.
