Experienced in start-up through acquisition, grant writing and submission, due diligence, budgeting, accounting, human resources and benefits, space planning, construction.

- Administration & Facilities Services Management - facilities moves, space planning, negotiating contracts with vendors and other suppliers, completing applications for all admin and laboratory permits, drafting policy manuals and assisting with the preparation of laboratory safety policies and manuals, developing, organizing and coordinating a new filing.

Facilities Move – planned, organized and supervised a complete facilities move in a 6 week period. Additionally closure of old facilities resulting in a complete refund of deposit from landlord.

Contracted to close facilities, dispose of remaining assets, close remaining permits and deal with all related issues. At close of facilities all documents shipped to corporate headquarters in Toronto, Ontario.
