This data provided me with questions and answers for how to move forward. By the end of my internship I was able to make recommendations that reflected the desires of the associates and that could help increase retention in current associates, and attract more great talent to PetSmart.

This job was easily one of my favorites, because I had the chance to see goals being achieved and ideas come to fruition.As a driver I constantly sought ways to improve our processes, and I also had the opportunities to manage company assets and customer interactions when my employer would be away. Because I always strove for improvement I became 20% faster than other drivers, and I set the company record of 16 dumpsters hauled in one 12-hour day.
