Logan began his career with Watershed Sciences in 2006. He started as a Ground Support Professional and Laser System Operator and eventually made his way into the office performing data analysis and production management duties all in support of aerially collected imagery and laser scan datasets. His data analysis capabilities range from topographic change detection to overhead electrical infrastructure modeling and everywhere in between. In 2015, Logan accepted the position of Pre-Sales Engineer at Quantum Spatial. In this role Logan served as the technical liaison between the sales team, of which he was a member, and Quantum Spatial's technical data processing teams. Creatively aligning client needs with Quantum Spatial's unique suite of solutions was a primary responsibility. In 2018, Logan co-founded Airovant with Matthew Boyd, Jonathan Montague and Ori Paamoni to provide solution architecture and strategic development for the burgeoning Drone Services Program within the Advanced Solutions Group at United Rentals (World’s largest equipment rental company-NYSE: URI). Key achievements include:-Implementation of automated, cloud-based photogrammetry capabilities that comprised Airovant’s data processing backbone-Management of image processing and and analytic derivation for over 600 drone flight missions spanning 4 years-Conducted internal and client-facing sales presentations to clearly demonstrate the real-world cost savings of drone-enabled technology solutions-Created 10 distinct product offerings to service the specific needs of industry verticals, including Construction, Renewable Energy, Surveying, Aggregates and Real EstateIn 2021, Airovant was purchased by Pointerra and all founding members were folded into the Australian organization.
