I’m Logan Monnier, a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and currently working as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Support Technician. In this role, I provide customer support, manage technical issues through the ConnectWise Manage ticketing system, and collaborate with team members to maintain seamless network operations. My responsibilities include monitoring network activity, administering Microsoft 365 security and compliance, managing virtual machines through vSphere, and leveraging tools like Zabbix for real-time network monitoring. These experiences have strengthened my technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.I am also pursuing a Juris Masters in Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Technology Risk Management at FSU’s College of Law. This program deepens my understanding of regulatory frameworks, data privacy, and cybersecurity risk management while complementing my technical expertise. My academic and professional background equips me to address both the technical and compliance challenges in today’s digital landscape.My next professional goal is to transition into cybersecurity, with a strong interest in Security Operations Center (SOC) roles such as SOC Analyst. I aim to combine my technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience to contribute to the detection and mitigation of cyber threats while supporting secure systems.I am eager to connect with professionals and organizations in cybersecurity, compliance, and technology.
