After college I did the obligatory stint on an IT helpdesk before I was hired at Fairport Central School District, where I am currently the programming guy/project manager on our Information Management Team.While in college I also got involved in the culinary side of things with management positions at the central dining hall and study involving courses in food, wine, beer, and wine & food pairing.
