Duties included driving a sales and repair team to achieve monthly sales and repair goals and to promote a positive experience for customers and the community. I was required to and succeeded in maintaining an individual quota that encompassed sales, customer feedback scores, and customer churn. I was also averaging 35 device troubleshoot and repairs daily. My position demanded long hours, maintaining customer traffic, employee training, and ensuring that deadlines were met. During my employment I was able to increase month-over-month sales totals by 35% and customer satisfaction by 45% primarily by creating a webpage and drawing traffic to our site and store using social media.
