I strive to better myself each and every day in all aspects.In early 2010 I started as an intern with AGL Networks- a company who keys in underground fiber operations throughout the U.S. During my term here I learned key elements in the field along with various computer tools to assist in professional environments (i.e. CAD and Microsoft Office). AGL taught me how to communicate in a professional manner with co-workers.My next destination in August of 2010 was and still is at CloudBlue, an Ingram Micro Company. Initially, starting as a warehouse tester I shimmied my way to an Account Manager role. Shortly after receiving this position, I was assigned to manage our top client at the time. In several occasions I have been recognized to provide exceptional customer relations and services to clients. Each month our management team will send questionnaires to our clients. Every single month a positive review has been sent back on my behalf.Skills/Traits I possess that have helped me excel:• Quote I live by: “Make yourself irreplaceable”• Honesty: True character is defined when nobody is watching. I will standby the truth in any circumstance, guaranteed.• Punctuality: Arriving late is a direct implication your time is better than whomever’s you’re meeting with. If I am not 5 minutes early then I feel as if I’m late.• Responsive: For customer service related careers, responsiveness is a crucial mannerism.
