  In this position I was tasked with ensuring that the food coming from the kitchen was well prepared and met the requirements that the guest asked for along with setting a timeline of when the food needed to be prepared by in order for the guest to retain the highest level of satisfaction. This position also included me making food at tables during some of my shifts. When I made food at the table, my objective was to make the guests feel welcomed to our establishment by having a conversation with them to ensure that they are having a good experience and will come back to eat with us again. Since I was working in this position for a long period of time, my boss set me as the leader of our team which entailed me to handle the training of new employees, delegation of responsibilities, and the general organization of how our team completed tasks, continually looking for improvements.
