- Operation and Management of Aerodrome attended in Accordance with the requirements of CASR 139 and Manual Of Standards Part 139, Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005 client contract. - Attend the airport each day to conduct a Serviceability Inspection and other duties as required. - Preparing for and responding to Aerodrome auditsPreparing for and participation in Aerodrome Safety Management and Emergency Committees, including facilitating required meetings.• Managing airport refuelling facilities, including Quality Control, performing aircraft refuelling and associated administrative functions - Collection/administration of airport landing fees - Producing Monthly reports and attending meetings as requested - Reporting & investigation of aerodrome incidents & hazards including liaison with external agencies include airlines, emergency services and other internal and external stakeholders. - Operation of plant equipment to carry out scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks on aerodrome, to ensure safe and compliant availability of aerodrome facilities for all aircraft and airport users. - Arrange for and/or facilitate aerodrome maintenance tasks - Arrange for and/or facilitate aerodrome compliance scheduled requirements including ATI, EATI, CASR175 AIP Annual Audits and many more. - Facilitate aerodrome and airside driving inductions for external parties requiring operation on aerodrome. - Creation and review of aerodrome manual subsidiary documents including Safe Work Method Statements, Standard Operating Procedures & Verification of Competencies
