Logan is a results-driven, people first leader with a career focused on technology innovation and transformation, service delivery optimization, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Arcadis, Logan was an entrepreneur and business owner, providing Digital Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) Services to customers throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia.After growing his global business for six years, Logan then brought his management experience to Arcadis in 2019, taking an active leadership role within Digital EHS&S, serving as the Center of Excellence Lead for Arcadis’ Sustainment Service Offering. He and his team grew this service to now support customers across four continents, remaining focused on service optimization, account expansion, and technology modernization. Logan also serves as the Global Community of Practice Lead for Digital EHS&S, working with leaders across the globe to develop a platform for sharing best practices, systems, and people to promote a global go-to-market strategy. Logan has a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), serving as the Lead for the North American Pride Affinity Group, is an active member of the Global Pride Affinity Group, and supports various in-country and global DE&I initiatives. He is an avid advocate for creating a workplace culture that supports and encourages every Arcadian to bring their full authentic self to work.
