Consulted with Indian government and private industry leaders at the state and national level in executing a $1MM project evaluation to determine the impact of a series of innovative reforms to the country’s industrial regulatory system. Negotiated contracts with, and monitored 30 sub-contractors in conducting over 2,500 surveys of over 900 firms per year; directed database software development, monitored resulting dataset quality; analyzed data using Stata software.
