As a technology expert, I acted as a solution consultant for clients and prospects to help them solve technological and analytical problems. After joining the Digital Marketing Operations (DMO) group in 2016, I worked with countless global teams to modernize their technological, operational, and analytical strategy on social media. This involved managing vendors, analysts, and technology surrounding social media analytics and reporting, as well as establishing the global Center of Excellence to help the company scale it’s social capacity. With AI and computing innovation in the NVIDIA DNA, I was responsible for pushing the technology vendors under my purview to adopt and advance the usage of Artificial Intelligence. With aims to improve workflow and operational capacity so that small teams can do great things, I worked with AI researchers by providing expert operational field consulting on potential advancements to multi-dimensional sentiment NLP (emotions) via the unsupervised sentiment neuron, computer vision for logo and product detection, advanced data science for social analytics and anomaly detection NLG for key insight summarization. With a rolling ~10 technology vendors, dozens of social media managers and analysts, over 150 global social channels, thousands of user generated content (UGC) images posted each month, millions of social followers, and billions of online mentions, I worked hard to establish the global best practices, technology to manage and optimize workflows, and operational strategies for the entire organization.
