I am an experienced community builder and design thinker and have used these skills to directly impact organizations. My professional experiences have cultivated a love of discovery and innovation that I regularly seek to implement in new projects. I have a background in experiential education and have facilitated a variety of formal and informal educational and leadership development experiences. Participating in the Organizational Leadership and Learning program at The George Washington University has been a transformative experience that has elevated my understanding of organizational efficacy and leadership development. My academic areas of interest include humanistic leadership, psychological safety, diversity, and followership, and I am working on various publications on these topics. I am passionate about both Jewish food history and contemporary trends in Jewish food, wine, and well-being. I enjoy actively pursuing opportunities to deepen my knowledge in these areas and am always ready to discuss these topics!
