In one particular instance, the team was faced with a very challenging technical problem and Logan spent time outside of his normal responsibilities (with another Engineer) successfully acquiring initial data on a riskier solution that he believed in although others did not at the time. Although the solution was not implemented, Logan demonstrated both his technical ability and willingness to keep an open mind when problem-solving. Within the Analytical group, he may be the youngest member of the team but has quickly shown an aptitude and eagerness to take on a leadership role – assuming responsibility for ensuring that the Analytical team is compliant with GMP, ensuring that the team members are aware of other cross-functional priorities, and facilitating the weekly Analytical update meetings (including compiling and summarizing current studies).
