I am a finance student at the University of Delaware, expected to graduate in May 2027. I have been working as a pro-shop attendant at Deerfield Golf Club since August 2022, after serving as a golf starter for one and a half years. I have developed core competencies in customer service, problem solving, and training.In my current role, I implement policies throughout the golf course and train employees to ensure equipment is being used correctly. I also handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide product assistance and advice, and handle financial transactions for green fees and products sold in the pro-shop. I enjoy developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and co-workers, and I strive to provide a high-quality and enjoyable golf experience for everyone. I am passionate about learning new skills. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, and I look forward to contributing to the success of the organization.
