I am responsible for ordering parts from preferred vendors, tracking parts for arrival, distribution, and storing parts, and ensuring the prompt return of damaged or unused parts.- Responsible for ordering parts, confirming orders, and monitoring delivery times.- Check-in parts, label, and distribute immediately upon receipt or store in an organized manner until the assigned job is ready for the part.- Track any incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary.- Inspect all parts for damage, quality, and accuracy.- Return and re-order any damaged or incorrect parts.- Advise customers on the phone and in-store of parts options and provide pricing and availability.- Provide customer support on returns and exchanges.

I began my journey in photography while living abroad in China as a way to document living and working in a much different culture than my own. I spent a decade honing my skills as a photographer and improving my craft. After I moved back to the USA, I spent a lot of time with portraits, family photos, senior photos, newborn photos, event photos, and even a wedding. I am drawn to landscape photography in recent years. I absolutely enjoy waking up early in the morning to catch a sunrise or spending time in the evening waiting on the sunset. I particularly enjoy images that include lakes, hills, and mountains. I currently offer prints and framed photos that would look fantastic in your office, waiting room, or your restaurant walls.

As the lawn care manager, I oversaw and operated the lawn care division and managed 5 million+ square feet (100+ acres) of turf. I acquired new customers by providing a free lawn care analysis and suggested a program to meet their goals.
