Logan is a focused professional with experience in various operations and engineering roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies across different stages of the manufacturing life cycle from startups, pilot plants to high-volume manufacturing. Working within FDA-regulated life science environments, he is well-versed in cGMP practices such as equipment qualification (C&Q), process validation, risk management and change control procedures - as well as fundamentals of manufacturing process improvement including DMAIC, Lean and Process Control Process Discipline (PCPD) methodologies. As a natural leader with an growth mindset, he seeks out opportunities to make a difference in the workplace while continuing to grow personally and professionally. He enjoys taking on challenges both at work and in the community. Logan served as Vice President of Membership within his company’s corporate Toastmasters club, mentoring members who desired to grow as leaders and public speakers. He also previously led the Rochester, New York chapter of the National Stuttering Association.
