Desktop Support Specialist
Current• Deploy and configure laptops for new employees, ensuring that all necessary software, applications, and settings are properly installed and customized according to company standards• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop and laptopproblems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user andnetwork hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentationequipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktopservice levels• Manage user accounts and licenses within the Office 365 Admin Center, including creating new accounts, assigning licenses, and modifying user permissions as needed• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, including tracking serial numbers, configurations, and software licenses.• If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain standardized laptop images and configurations to streamline deployment processes• AirWatch administration • Configure and deploy mobile device management (MDM) policies in AirWatch, including device enrollment, compliance enforcement, and remote device management • Design, implement, and maintain VMware AirWatch solutions to manage mobile devices, applications, and corporate data.•Crowdstrike Experience • Deploy CrowdStrike Falcon sensor agent across all endpoints to enable real-time threat detection and response capabilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities• Active Directory Administration • Manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs) within Active Directory, including creating, modifying, and deleting accounts as needed
