Desktop Support Specialist
Current- Deploy and configure laptops for new employees, ensuring that all necessary software, applications, and settings are properly installed and customized according to company standards
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop and laptopproblems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user andnetwork hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentationequipment, software, and other products in order to deliver.
- Manage user accounts and licenses within the Office 365 Admin Center, including creating new accounts, assigning licenses, and modifying user permissions as needed
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, including tracking serial numbers, configurations, and software licenses.
- If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors
