Joined Blue Heron in 2011 as a design assistant and grew to play an instrumental role in evolving their Vegas Modern design philosophy and establishing the Vision team’s design operations, improving the quality of design and helping to rapidly expand the 10-person firm to an organization of nearly 200 people. Served as the Senior Lead Vision Designer for the design-led development firm, leading design for the BH Nexus (communities) and BH Elite (custom) divisions, guiding prospective clients, advising on design process, articulating brand identity internally and externally as the brand's subject-matter expert on design. Participated in the design and delivery of over 100 unique and complex, modern homes, up to 25,000 SF & $25m, including serving as the lead designer for the acclaimed Vegas Modern 001 show home, Blue Heron’s most ambitious architectural achievement. Drove product innovation and design strategy for high-end residential communities up to 90 units & $100m, including Obsidian, Vantage, Dragon Rock, Shoreline, Prado and Oasi. The success of Obsidian and Vantage catapulted BH Nexus into Blue Heron’s fastest growing division and influenced key financial partnerships.

Established and lead conceptual studio of 10 team members responsible for design and brand vision, resulting in the advancement of the firm’s portfolio with the diverse and progressive work. Responsible for design direction, speed of design, marketing visualization, and developing integrated design processes.

Designed all aspects modern custom and pre-design homes, including architecture, interior design and landscapes. Engaged in all areas of the design-build process, including working with clients, producing presentations, developing construction drawings, aiding in pre-construction, and problem-solving in the construction field.

Produced and managed 3D Revit models of large, complex custom residences as consultant for Pinnacle Architectural Studio. Prepared 3D Revit and interior design construction documents for commercial restaurant space. Developed new company methods for producing 3D renderings and models for client presentations. Provided assistance to sister companies, including IT technical support and document services.
