- Manage short and long-term project operations for the Paramount+ Video Curation team across domestic and internationally supported live events, spanning over 20 live sports leagues totaling overfour thousand live sports events per year, and discrete one-off live concerts.- Liaise with external international stakeholders and internal product, design, marketing/editorial, content strategy & programming, video operations and business operations teams to facilitate successful launch of live events on time and within scope.- Establishes priorities and sets due dates for all curation team dependencies around design elements, show page builds, show page carousel configurations, metadata, and UX elements for P+ live events using exemplary organization skills.- Leads daily stand-ups, weekly grooming sessions and stakeholder kickoff calls for BAU and new live event launches domestically and internationally.- Raises live event related issues/impediments that impact launch and metadata refresh timelines.- Manages Jira project for Live Events Curation team by creating and assigning tickets to team members for all live events-related work to be completed within deadline.- Collaborates with PMO and Product to assist with the launch of quarterly Paramount+ feature rollouts.

-Defines deliverables schedule and oversees ongoing tracking for the distribution ofParamount+ Sports and News VOD assets to P+ channel partner platforms, leading threecross-functional teams.- Project lead for ad hoc initiatives around improving VOD & linear contentdistribution workflows, collaborating with internal Engineering, StreamingOperations and Video Operations teams.- Manages tracking and monthly reporting for sports VOD content milestones andwins and distributes monthly reports to internal stakeholders.- Coordinates with Video Operations team leads to curate content IDs for all sportsVOD content set for distribution.- Provides time-sensitive organizational updates around breaking news VOD andquick-turn sports VOD content to be delivered to channel partners.- Raises VOD related impediments that impact launch and distribution timelines,and partners with our Video Operations team to identify issues related to pendingVOD launches.- Led project efforts for 16 sports league launches on SVOD channel partner platformsusing Asana project timelines and project management best practices.- Spearheaded Confluence page for two internal teams, maintaining and iterating uponSOPs and initiatives around content distribution and operations.- Leads weekly grooming meetings with Partner Distribution & Operations team,highlighting potential upcoming blockers and milestones.
