As a seasoned Senior Technical Consultant at UiPath, the leader in enterprise automation software, I specialize in our AI solutions. My role extends beyond the technical realm, deeply involving mentorship and strategic coaching to a dynamic team of Sales Engineers. Here’s a snapshot of what I do:🚀 Empowerment & Mentorship: I am responsible for continuously enabling a team of about 10 Sales Engineers, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and consult on UiPath’s AI products. This involves a mix of personalized mentorship and broader team training, tailored to elevate their technical expertise and sales acumen.📚 Educational Leadership: I conduct regular enablement sessions for various GTM and technical teams. While most of my teaching is focused on AI product knowledge and applications, I also teach sellers to make progress in their opportunities.💡 Feedback & Guidance: Providing constructive feedback is key. I review and offer insights on recorded customer calls, helping Sales Engineers refine their approach and enhance customer interactions, especially during high-stakes conversations with C-suite executives.🤖 Technical Oversight: I lend my technical expertise in critical customer interactions, ensuring our team communicates complex AI solutions with clarity and (earned) confidence. My involvement often makes a pivotal difference in high-value discussions and negotiations.🌐 Thought Leadership: Beyond keeping our teams abreast of the latest developments in tech, I help our people think about these topics for themselves, which improves their ability to engage effectively with clients.
