Logendra joined McNally to provide project management services to a broad spectrum of clients and sectors. During his time with the company he has helped put company policies, procedure templates, project management templates, and filing structures in place - aiding the project team with better organisation.His responsibilities include business development, project management, and consultancy services.Amongst other responsibilities, he is currently managing on two large projects. Firstly, a 40 apartment project at Gladesville where DA has been approved, the construction certificate has been received for early works, and construction works have started - with demolition works completed and excavation, piling currently under way. The second project is subdivision development application for approximately 50 lots, including a planning proposal for a mixed used development of 2500 – 5000m2 retail and 9000 to 12000m2 of apartment and townhouses.

During his time with Cushman & Wakefield, Logendra successfully managed a number of fitout works and new build projects for the ATO. These included the ATO‘s new buildings at Albury, Wollongong, and Gosford (partly), and major refurbishments at Penrith, Newcastle and Sydney. He also managed on a number of other federal and local government projects, with clients including Ministry and Parliamentary Services, the Department of Fisheries and Forestry, and the Department of Foreign Affairs. As part of his role he mentored and managed other project managers with their projects. Logendra also completed two offshore projects under Cushman & Wakefield; the first in East Timor, carrying out numerous property inspection reports, and the second in New Delhi - including design, construction and commission of the total fire services upgrade at the Australian Embassy.

Logendra's experience with Lendlease (previously Bovis Lendlease) spanned 11 successful years. His duties with the company covered a broad spectrum of activities, including program management, civil and remediation works, rectification projects, dilapidation surveys, structural works and fitouts. From large-scale construction projects to sensitive, political rectification developments, Logendra focused on technical tendering and negotiations. His design and construction work delivered on quality consistently, without ever exceeding budget.

Logendra’s time with JA Bradshaw involved management of all aspects of civil works, including bulk, detail excavation, roads and subdivision works.
