• Debuted as Project Technician in Compressed Air Audit and developed in depth core knowledge in Compressed Air System, Air Flowmeter, Pressure, Temperature, Dew point sensors, Pneumatics, Pipeline Design, Professional survey & implemented energy conservation projects which benefited clients in reducing production cost, total ownership of compressor up to 35% & reduce carbon foot printsLeakages Survey- Leakage Identification from Compressor Output to machine end using Ultrasonic DND Leakage Detector.- Tagging each leakage with mentioned details about location of the leakage, Intensity of the Leakage, Replacement Part, Reasons for Leakage, Most leaking brand, Repair Instruction & Time Requirement.- Flow measurement at individual machines using thermal mass flow meter.- Collecting running hours, loading hours, power consumption of each working Compressors.- Compressor room pipeline layout analysis.- Compressed Air Pipeline Network analysis& Loss Measurement of Main Pipelines- Report will be submitted based on above protocols.Implementation- Plan of Action & Stoppage required report - Baseline Documentation- Material Supply - Repair Work - Optimization Concept- Daily Power Savings Report & Daily Work Completion Report- Result achieved as declared in Baseline Document.AMC- Daily monitoring of compressed air consumption & energy consumption- Periodical direct Analysis - Cumulative Power Savings Report on Daily basis- Responsible for Sustainment
