We are a minority business enterprise as certified by Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC) and have been recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in the US by Inc-500/5000 for 3 years.Responsibilities: • Coordinating with Account Managers to fully understand client requirements.• Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, referrals, and user/technical groups.• Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up-and-coming requirements.• Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.• Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. • Meet or exceed monthly and annual agreed upon goals.• Working on job boards like Dice, Corp-Corp, and Monster for getting resumes and for requirements as well.• Responsible for handling the recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing qualified talent and sourcing good requirements
