Key Responsibilities: A. FX Confirmation:1) FX/ CLS Confirmation & Settlements- To identify discrepancies and raise necessary alerts in order to minimize risk. 2) Working extensively with existing application & to ensure that business risks are reduced significantly.3) Affirming the trade financials & settlement instructions with client over phone and email.4) Matching trade with settlement instruction based on client confirmation by contacting them well before the CLS cut off. 5) Verifying and updating client’s authorized contact details in internal application by sending MT399 message.6) Updating valid SWIFT BIC in Murex3.1 to send confirmation to client.7) Updating settlement instruction, fund code & relevant instructions based on client’s swift confirmation for STP (Straight Through Process).8) Preparation of Metrics (End of the Day Report).9) Analysing current processes and recommending solutions to improve processes. 10) Timely review of procedures & DOI (Department Operating Instruction) & ensuring no deviation in the process. 11) To comply with the audit requirement, ensure complete process controls and internal audit check with meticulous process framework. 12) Experienced hand on in Murex3.1, CLS MI, SC STAR, FEDS and OPICS.13) Carry out Dodd Frank & EMIR reports with strict adherence to regulatory and policy guidelines.14) Performing Disaster recovery test and Business Continuity Plan test on regular intervals.15) Maintaining and updating Tracker, Client static tracker, Time sheet, Call back details and error report on daily basis.B. Control Function Activity:1) Validation of TP system connectivity flow.2) Reconciling NOSTRO account balance on day to day basis.3) Confirming CLS net position to stake holders.4) Advising trades rejected in respective TP system.5) Monitoring MT900 (Debit Confirmation) & MT910 (Credit Confirmation).6) Monitoring MT950 statements & ensuring account balance.
