Co ordinate with planning for the machine preventive maintenance as per planned schedule without missing and Mold changes in machine. Making arrangements for machine spareparts & Mointering the minimum stock quantity. Taking the spareparts inventory with stores to update the stock.Making arrangements to purchase the spare parts for machines.Co ordinate with purchase department for spareparts purchasing,fabrication works and civil related works.Training the department staffs on the machines,task procedures,work standards & proper safety procedures.Develops the specifications & makes the recommendations on capital equipment purchase.Manage the maintenance budget including the monitoring the inventory and expenses.Determines the needs of outside contractors to be involved in the construction jobs.Responsible for managing & making arrangements for any new designs for the followings - HVAC,Fire Fighting Equipment installation,Electrical & civil architecture.Making arrangements for new machine installation and machine shifting.Responsible for all ISO documents and preparation of new documents,Revising the machine operation start up & shutdown,department procedure for system improvement.
