 Solve customer’s issues and being a subject matter expert in process Identify opportunities for service improvements and implement them with the help of the management. Escalate unsolved problems to 2nd/3rd/4th level. Respond to customer requests for technical resolution, using technical product knowledge, and analytical skills while adhering to sound technical principles, standards and practices. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks quickly and efficiently is a must. Prior experience in a high volume, fast paced technical support environment. Experience in troubleshooting for all electrical products and do outbound calls to manufacturer if required.
