Designing Progressive tool and prototools for clutch parts (Cover, segment, diaphragm spring, support washer ,retainer plate, cover plate).Design the gauges as per the (ASME Y14.5M-2009) standards and gauges,jig,fixture & fabrication components. Gauges used for manufacturing,assembly and inspection.Coordinating between the design and manufacturing team for evaluation for DFMEA and PFMEA. Knowledge in GD&T usage and its application, 3D modelling and detailing in PROE-4.0,AUTOCAD, Solidworks and process planning. Knowledge of APQP, DOE, creation of DIS,QMS, 5S.
