As an intern, I assist with several Interreg and Horizon Europe projects, with a particular emphasis on the circular economy, sustainable development goals, and environmentally friendly material usage. Helping with project coordination, encouraging cross-functional teamwork, and improving project workflows are some of my duties. In addition to my internship, I'm working on my master's thesis, "Analysing the Practices and Strategies of Project Management in Horizon and Interreg Projects," in order to obtain a thorough understanding of data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and project management methodologies. Through this experience, I can put my academic knowledge to use in a practical setting and hone my critical project management abilities.
