For over 10 years, I have been working in the renewable energy field, specializing in solar power plant erection, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance. I am passionate about contributing to the transition to clean and sustainable energy sources and enhancing the performance and efficiency of solar systems.As a junior engineer and electrical maintenance engineer at SWELECT Energy Systems Ltd, I handle the operation and maintenance of a 41 MW solar power plant in Tiruchirapalli. I use my electrical skills and knowledge to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot faults in PV systems, inverters, transformers, AC and DC supply, and other electrical equipment. I also manage the SCADA operation, preventive maintenance, and manpower planning for the plant. I have successfully improved the plant availability, reliability, and safety standards, and delivered optimal results for the company and the customers.
