I have worked on “Unnati Grapes” project which was CSR project . It was collaboration project between National Grape Research Station and KVK (Krishi Vigyna Kendra, Theni), which last for three years and it was successfully completed as well. I like to elaborate my contribution on this project. In this project, We have successfully conducted more than 120 trainings sessions for farmers, which was supervised by myself. Moreover, more than 3000 farmers were benefited by this project. Specifically, The cost of cultivation was depleted through our recommendations based on soil test and advanced technologies were used in this project such as HDP and “Y” angle cultivation. Besides, We reduced COC ranges from 30% to 40% by making farmers to use and well adopt with new technologies which was introduced by us. Consequently, this helped the farmer’s for improvement of economy and Market linkages as well.

I have worked on Spectra development team from beginning. Spectra is instant soil testing kit it can be done within in 15 minutes. Spectra development is an mobile application for soil test which results very well. So far, 6000 samples are being tested by this application. Moreover, 3500 and 500 samples were tested in “Hand in Hand” and “Rural Mandi” projects respectively. Here “Hand in Hand” was held in Tamilnadu and “Rural Mandi” was held in Karnataka.
